SOFTWARE
OF THE DAY - MAILTAGS AND KARELIA IMEDIA BROWSER
Hi
All,
As you've noticed, its been quite some time since
my last "software of the day" e-mail. Because of time constraints its
become more "software whenever I get the chance", however I will
continue to send these out as time permits. I have dozens and dozens of
great software titles lined up for future mailings so, for the
occasions when I don't send out a new one, remember that the complete
archive can be reviewed at the Right
Enterprises Software of the Day Archive.
Key
Combination of the Day
Press C
during startup
Pressing C
during startup after inserting a CD
that has a Mac operating system will start up from the CD, bypassing
the operating system on your Mac's hard drive. The CDs/DVDs that came
with your Mac can be used like this to either reinstall the OS or to
run Disk Utility to diagnose and repair hard drive errors. Several
utility program CDs (such as Disk Warrior) can also be used to start up
your Mac like this.
