Hi All, Key Combination of the Day Command-Option-P-R Pressing -Option-P-R on startup (or restart) and holding these keys for two startup tones/chimes resets your Mac's paramater RAM. Remember, keep holding down the keys till you hear the startup tone at least twice (I usually  wait for three tones). Resetting the PRAM often fixes system anomalies such as CDs/DVDs not showing up when inserted as well as other problems.
